Doctrinal Statement
Doctrinal Statement
This body shall accept the Scriptures of the Holy Bible as the revealed word of God, the all sufficient rules of faith and practice, and for purpose of maintaining general unity, adopt these Statements of Fundamental truths.
The Scriptures Inspired
The bible is the inspired word of God to man, the all sufficient, infallible truth, and is superior to conscience and reason, but not contrary to reason. (II Timothy 3:15-17, Hebrews 4:12, II Peter 1:20-21) The Word of God is essential in growth and sanctification of all believers. (I Peter 2:2, John 17:17)
The One True God
The one true God has revealed Himself as the eternal self existent, self-revealed, "I AM; and has further revealed Himself as embodying the principles of relationship and association; i.e., Father, Son, And Holy Ghost (Exodus 3:14, Deut 6:4, Mark 12:29, Matthew 28:19, John 1:1, I John 5:7
Man, His Fall and Redemption
Man was created good and upright, and given dominion over the whole earth, but man, by voluntary transgression, fell and his only hope of redemption is in Jesus Christ, The Son of God. (Gen 1:26-31, Gen 3:1-7, Rom 5:12-21
The Salvation of Man
(a) Conditions to Salvation, "Jesus answered, Verily, verily I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God. (John 3:5, 6:44) Man is saved by grace alone through faith (Titus 2:11) All man must do is believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved (Acts 16:31)
(b) The evidence of Salvation. The inward evidence to the believer is the witness of the Spirit of God with our spirit, that we are the sons of God. (Romans 8:15-16). The outward evidence to all is a life that has been changed and bears fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-24) Love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance.
The Ministry of Evangelism
A divinely called and scripturally ordained ministry have been provided by our Lord for a two-fold purpose (1) The evangelism of the world, and (2) the edifying of the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-13, Mark 16:15,20)
Divine Healing
Deliverance from sickness is provided for in the blood of Christ, and is a privilege of all believers. (Isaiah 53:4, Matthew 8:16-17, Mark 16:18, John 5:14)
The Blessed Hope
The resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in Christ and their translation, together with those who are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord, is imminent, and is the blessed hope of the Church (Titus 2:13, I Thess 4:16,18, Romans 8:23, I Cor 15:51-52)
The Millennial Reign of Jesus
The revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ from Heaven, the salvation of national Israel, and the millennial reign of Christ on the earth is the scriptural promise and the world's hope (II Thes 1:7, Revelation 19:11-16, Romans 1:25,27, Revelation 20:1-7).
The Lake of Fire
The devil and his angels, the beast and the false prophet, and whosoever is not found written in the Book of Life shall be consigned to everlasting punishment in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone, which is the second death (Revelation 19:20, 20:10-15).
The New Heaven and the New Earth
We "according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness" (II Peter 3:13, Revelation 21:1).
Baptism in Water
The ordinance of baptism by burial with Christ should be observed as instructed by the scriptures, by all who have been born again by the Spirit of God. By the immersion in water, they declare before God and man that they have been buried with Jesus into death of the old adamic nature, and by the raising up, they declared that they have been raised with Christ to walk in newness of life. (Matthew 28:19, Acts 2:38, 10:47-48, Romans 6:1-6).
The Lord's Supper
The Lord's supper, the bread and the fruit of the vine is an observance of, be partakers of the divine body and blood of Jesus Christ. There is healing power in the taking of the Lord's Supper with a pure heart. (John 6:48-58, I Cor 11:24-34, Luke 22:19).
The promise of the Father
All believers are entitled to, and should ardently and earnestly seek, the promise of the Father, the Baptism in the Holy Ghost and fire. He is known as the Comforter as described by Jesus. This was the normal experience of all in the early Christian Church. With the baptism comes the endowment of power for life and service, the bestowment of the spiritual gifts and boldness to be witnesses for Jesus Christ.
(Matthew 3:11, Luke 24:49, John 15:26, Acts 1:5-8) He is also our teacher.

The Promise of the Father
(John 14:2, I John 2:27) There are benefits that are bestowed upon the believer when they are baptized with the Holy Ghost. i.e.. [tongues, prophesying, speaking the word of God boldly] (Acts 10:45-46, 4:31, 19:6).
The Church
The Church is the Body of Christ, habitation of God through the Spirit, with divine appointments for the fulfillment of her greater commission. Each believer, born of the Spirit is an integral part of the Assembly and Church of the Firstborn, which are written in heaven (Ephesians 1:22, 3:19-22, Hebrews 12:23).
